Store Locations and Openings
The store listings are updated on a regular basis. Vendors should access these lists on a weekly basis and prior to shipping a new store as instructed below. All changes within the last week will be highlighted.
New Stores
All of our new store purchase orders are released with a tentative ship date. It is sometimes necessary for us to change a New Store ship date after a purchase order has been released. If the store opening date is changed, we will communicate changes to the vendors via EDI 860. Current new store ship dates also can be found on Vendor Portal. Current Stores
The current store listing contains the store number and address for all existing stores. This file contains multiple worksheets. Each worksheet is specific to different companies within Bed Bath & Beyond. Please click on the link to the right to access the Current Store Listing.
Pool and Consolidation Facility Listing
The Pool and Consolidation Facility Listing is for vendors that have been approved to ship Vendor Direct to Pool (VDP). Vendors approved to ship VDP will receive specific instructions from the logistics group on the requirements for shipping VDP. A password to access this file will be included in the instructions from the logistics group.
